Increasing temperature reduces significantly runnability of wet paper webs

The results showed that temperature had a significant influence on the straining, relaxation and re-straining behaviour of wet paper that are indicators for the wet web runnability at a paper machine. This has practical significance for fiber webs dried under tension in paper machines.
